Guvernul României hotărăşte: +
Articolul 1Se aprobă statele de funcţii şi de personal pentru instanţele judecătoreşti şi parchete, conform anexelor nr. 1 şi 2, care fac parte din prezenta hotărâre. +
Articolul 2Prerogativele cuprinse în art. 120 alin. 2 din Legea nr. 92/1992 pentru organizarea judecătorească se exercită de către ministrul justiţiei, în limita numărului maxim de posturi aprobat.
