Suplimentul A 2024/10

1.
Prezentul supliment la versiunea consolidată a Catalogului comun al soiurilor de plante agricole (1) include modificările a căror adăugare a fost necesară pentru a se ține cont de informațiile primite de Comisie din partea statelor membre.
2.
Prezentul supliment respectă subdiviziunea adoptată în versiunea consolidată. Se poate face trimitere la legenda prezentei ediții.
3.
Prezentul supliment vizează notificările primite în perioada 1.9.2024 – 30.9.2024.
4.
Modificările aduse versiunii consolidate sunt indicate după cum urmează:

(add.): înseamnă o nouă poziție introdusă în catalogul comun; |
|
— |
(mod.): înseamnă o modificare a unei poziții existente. Indicațiile privind respectiva poziție din prezentul supliment le înlocuiesc pe cele din versiunea consolidată; |
|
— |
(del.): înseamnă că poziția respectivă și toate indicațiile asociate ei sunt eliminate din catalogul comun. |
5.
Prezentul supliment se referă la soiurile notificate în cazul cărora se aplică dispozițiile de la articolul 16 alineatul (1) din Directiva 2002/53/CE a Consiliului (2).
6.
În cazul în care codul unui menținător nu figurează în versiunea consolidată, numele și adresa acestuia pot fi obținute de la autoritatea indicată în lista pentru statul membru sau statul AELS în cauză.
